Welcome to Greater Danbury's premiere doggie daycamp and cage-free boarding facility for dogs.

Wags offers a social, cage-free setting for dogs who are friendly with and enjoy the company of other dogs.

Wags' doggie daycamp and sleepover boarding services offer your dog the opportunity to spend time away from home socializing, playing and exercising with other dogs and our human camp counselors. Our campers are not caged or kenneled, but spend the entire day playing with a large group of other dogs while monitored and cared for by our caring and knowledgeable staff.

Please use the links on the left to browse our site and see if Wags is right for your dog.

News and Events

Our foster dogs - have you met them? We have three dogs for adoption living at Wags: Stevie, Leonard, and now Eddie who just joined us on 6/30. Please visit our adoption page to see their pictures and descriptions!

Training Classes are full! Trainer Christina Hilliard of Gentle Persuasions will be holding both a puppy class and basic obedience class here at Wags this summer, beginning in July. Check out the training page for information on how to register. NOTE: As of July 3rd, both of the training classes are full. Stay tuned for announcements of future sessions.

NOW OPEN - The Pup Tent! The Pup Tent is our new space for little dogs and their friends. The Pup Tent is open Monday through Friday, 7am to 7pm, for daycamp. Sleepovers still take place in our main building, which is right next door. Give us a call to reserve a spot for your dog.

You might want to enroll your dog as a camper if:

  • You work long hours and want to bring your dog to us one, two, or three days a week so he is not home alone so much.
  • You are not able to provide your dog with adequate exercise to keep him fit and healthy.
  • When you get home from a long day at work, your dog is ready to play, play, play when you'd rather just cuddle on the couch.
  • You have a busy life and would like to have a place where you can drop off your dog for a day of fun when you will be out of town at a wedding, a party, or other function on a weekend day.
