Our
big and little dogs play together in one large playgroup.
On Mondays we have "Mini - Mondays" where we separate the
groups based on size and temperament.
We
think of staying here overnight as more
of a slumber party than a boarding experience. Usually by
the evening everyone is pooped out and they play quietly
until it's time to go to sleep.
We have two securely-fenced
yards adjoining the Gym. On nice days we spend a lot of time
out there where the dogs can play or take a siesta.
We
have kiddie pools set up in our yards for our campers who
love the water. On nice days, we fill them up in the morning
and dump them out at around 3pm so everyone can dry off before
the daycampers go home.
Our
gym features impact-absorbing rubber flooring and lots of
space for the dogs to run around, wrestle, and chase tennis
balls.
We
evaluate all dogs before they are allowed to attend camp
at Wags. This way we can ensure that everyone will get along
and be safe. The dogs are supervised so that any developing
conflicts can quickly be identified and the dogs separated
before an argument begins.
